A keyboard-first dark surface: near-black #07080A with white-alpha fills and 1px white-10% borders instead of shadows, Inter at weight 500 with a little positive tracking, text in exactly three greys, small Geist Mono labels, keycaps beside actions, and one sharp red used for a single meaning.
